Session 2 - codes (accountability + unveil any resistance and reprogram your mind)

 

Session 3 -  act as if (accountability + embodiment and identity work to carry you forward with more ease).

Please note the following: 

-You will be contacted within 48 hours after purchase to schedule your first session and share any areas of interest with me. I offer sessions at the beginning of the week (M/T) and will work with you to find mutually agreeable times. 

-All 1:1 sessions are ~60 minutes and are held on Zoom or phone (your choice). The replay is included w/ Zoom.

- Voxer chat access is open the day following each of your sessions. 

- If the work is serving you and you'd like more (yay!), I'd love to have you continue month to month or join another container or group. 

-Sessions must be scheduled and utilized within 30 days of purchase and there are no refunds. In the event you need to reschedule, kindly give me at least 24 hours notice or your session time may be forfeited.
