We will circle in our sacred, cozy container weekly for 6 weeks for 60-75 minutes via Zoom. We begin February 16th at 7pm ET. I also currently have a waitlist for the following 6 week container of Soul Sessions. Sign up for the waitlist here. All circle dates and details will be shared upon enrolling.

Each week can you expect a totally safe space to see and be seen and to share and witness. Based off the circle's real time needs, I will channel and offer a totally intuitive & guided modality for us to transmute, clearing space for ascension. I'll tap into my abilities and trainings in meditation / visualization / neuro-linguistic programming / laughter yoga / mindfulness coaching / healing and more. Leave feeling clear, at ease, and more confident, with an unlimited sense of support. You will have clarity on any next steps, syncing up with your soul desires.

The circle replays and any resources will be sent to you by the following day & are yours to keep and re-visit forever.

Soul Sessions will also have a Voxer group to keep us connected between circles! Voxer is an amazing voice/text app where we can exchange and connect in real time in between our circles. This is brand new for 2022 Soul Sessions and totally optional.

Q. Do I need to attend live?
A. Although I believe you will get so much out of this by attending live and absolutely encourage you to make the space to be there and immerse yourself in the experience and community, the replays will be emailed to you. Please let me know in advance if you need to be absent or arrive late.
Q. What is the time commitment?
A. Each circle will be about 60 minutes with liberty to extend to 75 minutes.
Q. How many women will be in SOUL SESSIONS?
A. I am limiting this container to a very small number of women (5 max) in order to ensure the coziest of environments. Enrollment is only open until those spaces are spoken for, so save your spot or contact me with questions now if you're feeling called.
Q. I have no experience in groups / I've never done this type of work / I'm shy / I'm a coach / teacher / healer / mentor myself...is this for me?
A. YES YES YES & YES. Come as you are. I am here to hold you in the most loving of spaces. I assure you, all are welcome. And all have been in my previous programs and ascended like woah. We're waiting for you.
Q. This is definitely a yes for me but the investment won't work - can you help?
A. Although investing in ourselves is one of the most pivotal steps of our expansion, an extended payment plan is available. You are also more than welcome to schedule a call with me to discuss any questions- let's identify options.
